The definition of an album can get pretty complicated, but for our purposes, we like to keep things simple and say that an album is basically just a collection of songs. It doesn't matter if it's only 2 songs or as many as 40 - it's still considered an album, and so it still needs cover artwork and is still distributed to several major digital music retailers. All you need to do is have a desire to sell your music online and upload your album or single to us through your secure SongCast control panel.

There a few steps that come into place when you want to sell your music online with SongCast, and the biggest part is setting up an account with us online. From there, you'll be able to enter the information for your album or single, upload your cover artwork, and then upload as many tracks as you would like included. From there, we take care of the rest! We'll convert your audio files into the formats needed by the retailers we work with, and we'll also display your cover artwork so that it is able to be seen when people are viewing your album.

Within a couple of days, you'll be able to see your songs on major retailers like iTunes, Amazon Music, Google Play & Spotify. At this point, you'll really be able to sell your music online - and you get to keep 100% of the royalties from your music. You'll also have access to such features as the ability to link your album to Facebook, Twitter, and other social networking platforms. It's easy to see how SongCast makes it easy to sell your music online, and if you have any questions along the way, we're always more than willing to help you out.
