If you have a submission that has been Live for a period of less than 8 months, SongCast charges a takedown fee of $25. You can send this fee by PayPal to <a href="mailto:takedown@songcastmusic.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">takedown@songcastmusic.com</a>. Make sure you include the Album Id # and Account # of the album/single that you want removed in the PayPal notes. Please also state whether you are just removing the submission or canceling your entire account. Once we receive the payment we will remove your album/single from all retail sites. If your submission has been Live for a period longer than 8 months, there is no takedown charge. Please send an email to <a href="mailto:support@songcastmusic.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">support@songcastmusic.com</a> with your Album Id # and Account #. Please note: It can take up to 2 weeks for the retailers to process your submission's takedown.
